What We Track
We hold what we call a 'testing day'. There, we measure an assortment of metrics for you or your child to measure and track throughout their baseball career
Speed + Agility
Agility is an underrated metric most parents and coaches don't look into for baseball. However, a stolen base, quicker times around the bases could turn singles into doubles, changing the game.
Throwing Velocity
This is the gold standard. Knowing how hard you throw is something you can track and plan workout programs for in the future. More strikeouts, and more put outs are the name of the game.
Hitting Power
A lesser known metric, but just as important. Hitting is half of the game. Tracking exit velocity, launch angle, and bat path helps you and your coaches really understand what the issues are and how to hit for more power and more consistently.
How does it work?

Register
First you will need to register for one of the dates, locations, and time slots. Join our email list for up to date information on when the next testing day will be.

Testing Day
This is the fun part. You will arrive 20 minutes before your start time and register. Bring your glove and your favorite bat. We will then take your group through a series of different sessions focused on throwing, hitting, and speed.

PDF Report
After a few days you will be emailed your full report on all of your metrics. You will see how you stack up against others in your age group, find what you are excelling at and what areas may need to be addressed.
